The management company sends emails like it has never stepped foot in the building, issues that are non-emergent take a while to get solved, and you have to be persistent with the management company in resolving said issues since there is no super or building manager. Packages get consistently stolen and the cameras are reportedly not working.

Please get a virtual doorman.
