The staff try to keep the building clean
Cons
No way to contact management, packages constantly stolen and the super does absolutely nothing about it, tenants are disgusting, front doors constantly unlocked, strangers always in the lobby that don’t live there, everyone has several pets so the halls smell terrible unless it’s mop day but even still, the washers in the laundry room are the worst I’ve ever seen with most of the doors missing and them not really washing your clothes because they don’t fill up properly, and there’s a community room you cannot use.
Advice to the owners
Get security and a super that actually helps.
