Irresponsible, aggressive landlord didn't fix central heat for 3 months in winter, accused me of 'harassing' her for broken radiator, then withheld security deposit

good light, nice wooden floors, relatively spacious 1 bedroom layout

Cons

old finishings, so-so workmanship, above a Vietnamese restaurant so mice and roaches in the summer - but above all, a self victimizing, rude landlady
