Fine but unresponsive management
Pros
Recently renovated/ modern looking and laundry in unit is convenient
Cons
The management was very unresponsive, they never answer the phone, even the “emergency” number and require multiple calls/ texts to respond to maintenance issues. we had a leak in the ceiling the first night we moved in, a mouse problem, and were locked out of the building and struggled to get ahold of management. Also the apartment was very dirty when we moved in.
