Everything. I do not know why I even decided to live here. The stairwell is dirty, and it's very small. Wouldn't be irritiated at people hanging out in the narrow stairwell all day smoking if they cleaned up after themselves. It's a constant ashtray. The apartment itself had the most disgusting cockroach infestation. All around terrible place.
Advice to the owners
Rehab the place so that people aren't expected to live in filth.
Management company is impossible to get in touch with. DO NOT RENT

Cons
The building is run-down with paint chips and stains on walls and floors. Needle tops and empty shot bottles found in the entry way. Occasional puddling and urine in the entry. Garbage builds up quickly, is disorganized, and attracts many rats. Management is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. First month of lease, washing machine broke and was not fixed until over 1 month. Again 8 months later, huge cockroach infestation was not managed at all. Still ongoing for 1+ months.
Advice to the owners
Have a phone number that functions that tenants can call to actually reach a human to get answers. Tickets are not efficient if no one answers them.
