Compass Residences 2A
Former Tenant
Pros:
When the building was new it was beautiful. It was advertised there would be a recreational room, onsite building management, ect. None of those amenities no longer exist.
Cons:
After a more people moved in the quality of the building deteriorated
Advice to owner:
Enforce building policy to keep things orderly

Review of 1027 East 172nd Street, Bronx, New York
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to school’s & transportation. 2/5 line and the 6 train.
Cons:
Neighborhood is changing, many buildings on top of each other. Loud & unsafe at night. Very limited parking. Plenty of garages to pay for a space.
