Pretty bad management, bad downstairs neighbor
Pros
Stainless steel appliances in apartment, large apartment, cheap for the space and location
Cons
Terrible landlord, slow to respond offsite super, horribly loud bar downstairs blasting music 4 days a week
Advice to the owners
Fix your boiler, evict your bar if you want to have any happy tenants in the 2nd or 3rd floor

perhaps the smelliest building i’ve ever visited
Pros
the roof is sick - best views of BK-Manhattan-etc
Cons
it smells, the tenants are seemingly in a contest for who can out-rude one another and it’s probably because they have to live here
