The building and apartments themselves are well taken care of. The landlord is very kind and responsive, he and I would chat on Whatsapp if I ever had a problem. The superintendent is the sweetest man alive and will assist you with just about anything.
My only complaint is this building has THE loudest pipes I have ever experienced. I lost sleep in the winter because of the relentless banging.
