Great apartment, good management

Pros:
I really enjoyed living here. Owner was very responsive and really went above and beyond. He really cares about his properties. Also very easy to negotiate with when it came to renewing the lease.
Cons:
No complaints, this is one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in.

They have made improvements on the door outside and have been responsive to issues.
Cons:
The electrical outlets were painted over, sometimes the heat doesn't work.
Advice to owner:
Check out the heating system.

Beautiful unit filled with light

Pros:
Beautiful unit, with big rooms, and bedrooms filled with natural light.
Cons:
The living room has no natural light. Because of the neighborhood businesses, you have to be on the lookout for bugs and rats.
