Lovely but could use some work

- doormen are lovely -spacious apartments - great location, only steps from the 63rd/Lex Q

Cons

- water drainage in the bathroom is TERRIBLE - management is slow to respond to maintenance requests and often does not respond at all

Convenient building for the price

Pros

Big apartments, great doormen, responsive maintenance, large laundry room, gym is ok

Cons

AC would turn on late in the season, hallways are outdated, big building so there is often a wait for packages, recently the rent increases have been unreasonable
