Management is very responsible Neighbors are very nice Has a parking garage

One of the elevators is out of order most of the time Location is a bit weird

Pros
Quieter location, great views. Campus safety from Columbia keeps area extra safe. Plenty of great restaurants.
Cons
Can be loud due to students in area but still quiet by 2 am
