- Great neighbors - Responsive landlord - Rent has been REALLY stable through the years - Great-priced apartments - Storage units for each apartment in the basement
Cons
- Buildings nearby have loud parties - There are lots of rats on the street outside - The basement floods often, and has been musty smelling ever since the big flood in 2022
