Loud & Unresponsive

location and amount of space in unit. The newest property manager is great and responsive.
Cons
you can hear everything, and neighbors are loud (fighting, constant parties), smoking in the hallway. one neighbor has family and friends, who do not live in the building, constantly here for parties (in the summer nearly every weekend) until the late hours, even on week days when people. They unlock the front door and leave it like that, allowing for anyone to come in and leave garbage in the hallways. There is no doorbell or intercom, and the building and units are not well maintained. Unit has a bad ant problem that still remains unaddressed. I requested a walkthrough before and when I moved and never got one. I went through 3 property managers (2 unresponsive) within 9 months.
Good management but a loud location

Maintenance is fast responding, the light is great, the appliances are new, and the neighbors are friendly
Cons
Very loud block to be on during the warm months, it’s not super well-maintained (hallway and lobby are messy), and there is no intercom system
