Pros
Close to 63rd Dr. near supermarkets and shops 5 min walk from subway 10 min walk from Queens center mall Decent laundry room Pretty safe neighborhood with excellent elementary school behind building
Cons
Cigarette smoke seeps through walls easily Hard to find parking at times No garage Can’t control heat in winter Management company is a headache to work with

Check for over night noise people work with heavy machines over night. Some neighbors throw out construction material threw windows
