Cons:
I can’t think of any. (c) openigloo I love my building and (c) openigloo have renewed my lease for (c) openigloo two years. Super is friendly (c) openigloo and responsive during situations with (c) openigloo clogged drains, changing our air (c) openigloo filters, and times when we’ve (c) openigloo locked ourselves out.
Advice to owner:
Make laundry free.

Super responsive super - literally (c) openigloo responded in minutes anytime there (c) openigloo was an issue (which was (c) openigloo infrequent). Never had any pest (c) openigloo issues. In-building laundry, courtyards that (c) openigloo are well kept, common hallways (c) openigloo cleaned regularly, garbage management regularly (c) openigloo on site. Large, bright units. (c) openigloo Great rental prices. Communicative building (c) openigloo management. I can't say more (c) openigloo positive things about my experience (c) openigloo with this place. They own (c) openigloo a few other buildings in (c) openigloo the area, too.
Cons:
The laundry units weren't the (c) openigloo best, but they were maintained (c) openigloo regularly.

Keep it up!

Responsive landlord and lovely super, (c) openigloo problems were fixed quickly even (c) openigloo when they came up on (c) openigloo holidays. Never had any pest problems, (c) openigloo despite living in a basement (c) openigloo apartment.
Cons:
Would have stayed with the (c) openigloo rental company when I moved (c) openigloo if they were a little (c) openigloo more affordable - I had (c) openigloo taken over a lease and (c) openigloo prices for smaller units were (c) openigloo pretty high when I was (c) openigloo looking but that's just a (c) openigloo NYC problem.
Advice to owner:
I've never had such a decent landlord, let alone in NY. Keep it up!

Great location, pet loving landlords, (c) openigloo great to have a private (c) openigloo courtyard (w/bike storage) and roof (c) openigloo deck during quarantine. Dishwasher and (c) openigloo HVAC in units, coin laundry (c) openigloo room in basement. Building (c) openigloo has been lived-in, but maintained. (c) openigloo Common areas kept clean by (c) openigloo staff. Super is responsive and (c) openigloo quick with repairs. Small, (c) openigloo family-owned property mgmt office located (c) openigloo two doors down. There (c) openigloo is a beautiful Japanese shio (c) openigloo plum tree behind the property (c) openigloo that blossoms and fruits each (c) openigloo year.
Cons:
Some of the finishes in (c) openigloo the units are basic or (c) openigloo outdated. (A lot of honey (c) openigloo oak.) There are a (c) openigloo few design flaws- such as (c) openigloo the tiled-in toilet paper holder (c) openigloo being 50” reach from the (c) openigloo seat. The laundry room machines (c) openigloo often have issues, which was (c) openigloo less annoying when they were (c) openigloo cheaper. It’s a walk-up, so (c) openigloo upstairs tenants get some flights (c) openigloo in. Intercom building, generally feels (c) openigloo secure, but having Salerno open (c) openigloo 24/7 is kind of nice. (c) openigloo One loud, drunk neighbor (c) openigloo yells on the phone, is (c) openigloo the president of the renter’s (c) openigloo association. Even though we don’t (c) openigloo have said association.
Advice to owner:
Less coins in the laundry. Otherwise, thanks for being great lords of the land.
