Honestly not worth it
Pros
They spray the building monthly and we've had no problems with pests. Units are large and can host big events for NYC, and the windows and natural light are amazing.
Cons
The super & management are horrible. I had to 311 them a month after moving in because they refused to correctly fix a 3-ft long leak in my room, which after talking to neighbors I found out was a leak on the entire left side of the building & had been there for 2 years. Management had refused to address it in the past due to cost, but were forced to after i reported them. Super is non responsive and rent is overall not worth it. We were misled about the gas being included in rent, and 6 months in were informed gas was about to be shut off since it hadn't been paid in years. have yet to receive my security deposit back from them.
