506 52nd st
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent for the area, close to the train and 5th Ave, easy access to stores and grocery shopping
Cons:
Heat in building during winter is so high the windows must be kept open 24/7, which may or may not be directly correlated to the cockroach issue. Music plays outside building from 9am-9pm 7 days a week.
Advice to owner:
Would do the building well to update the buildings heat, units and hallways

Decent apartment in park slope!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively safe. Great location. Updated kitchen. Responsive management but that is changing.
Cons:
Trash pickup can be a problem and the lobby smells pretty bad. However smell doesn’t effect inside apartment. Packages can get stolen.
