Amazing amenities (gym, pool, hammam) Stellar doormen Good subway access Low street noise Lots of elevators, basically never had to wait

Neighbors played tv to 2 AM and I could hear everything. Thin walls. Kitchen is quite small

Location, plentiful transit options and next door to Whole Foods & Wall St Amenities are top of the line from the gym to the pool Friendly and helpful staff from the doormen to the package people

Some elevator issues here and there over the rental period that took a substantial time to address
