There have been issues with ConEd and Optimum and building management has been slow to respond
Prime location by the park, great neighbors, beware utility costs
Pros
Being so close to the Brooklyn Museum, the Botanic Garden, and Prospect Park was a major plus. Neighbors were courteous and respectful of common areas and general noise. The super was prompt and helpful once requests were approved by the management office.
Cons
Electricity costs were very high, especially in winter when heating was a priority. Multiple electricity outages impacted the building, and management was not always responsive. Internet through Spectrum was sometimes unreliable and a hassle to resolve.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and attentive to maintenance requests, especially major issues such as electricity outages.
