Great apartment

Pros

Open floor plan with nice sized rooms. In unit washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Decent sized patio off each unit. All electric, sustainable building which keep utility costs reasonable/low. Central heating and air. Thick/sturdy walls between units. Close to subway. Nice sized garbage room, including compost bin Regular air filter and appliance maintenance

Cons

Living on 4th can get loud with street noise. We had issues with responsiveness from the property manager, but they have since brought on a new team and reply time has gotten better.
