Apt #2 - 4 Bed
Pros
Super is very attentive and fast responding Lots of great light in bedrooms Updated kitchen and bathrooms
Cons
No hot water for days at a time during the winter. Took management a while to actually resolve the issue. Smoke detectors removed and never replaced in some rooms. Leaking from ceiling in bathroom. Packages stolen from front door not fully shutting.

Poor heat management Radiators make extremely loud clanking sounds throughout the day during the winter Really low shower water pressure
