Great view and was a great price.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The view from the front windows were gorgeous. The neighborhood is fabulous and has so much fun stuff.
Cons:
Mouse infestation ruined all our things. Neighbors smoke would enter our apartment. Windows were not sealed so winters were very cold. Kitchen is very small. Took them 6 months to get us our deposit back

Just don’t. For your health and mental well-being
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is okay for the amount of space
Cons:
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this management company (they took over from the previous owners in 2021). They’re slumlords thinly veiled behind an LLC and professional looking website. I wish someone would have warned me.

Never had a problem here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management, clean apartment, polite neighbors. I enjoyed the place!
Cons:
One of our neighbors was always loud but that’s not a fault of the building really
