Roof and skylights instantly leaking, cockroach problem from the restaurant tenants in the ground floor, landlord will raise the rent any time he wants to force you out

Cons

Way overpriced for what you get. Being next to the water can be really noisy at night with all the party boats. Management is really rude and unresponsive. The live-in super was not useful at all. You get a lot of noise from neighbors that echo through the hall badly.
