Lovely Quiet Brownstone
Pros
It's a stunning building–our apartment has high ceilings and crown moulding. The street outside has nice trees and is quiet while still being close to major streets and the Nostrand A/C
Cons
We can hear the downstairs neighbor as if he's in our apartment. He's not too loud but if he's watching tv or talking on the phone we hear every word. The neighborhood itself is sweet but not especially trendy–there isn't a lot going on so it can be pretty sleepy.
