Well managed but no super

Pros:
Responsive management company (Prospect Management). Big/modern apartment units, good neighbors, quiet.
Cons:
Old building, lots of pests. Trash, cleanliness of building and common areas could be improved but overall ok. Washing machines constantly need maintenance.
