Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings owned by Anthony Calicchio reveal a mixed management landscape. Many residents praise the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness, highlighting the cleanliness and well-maintained amenities. However, significant issues regarding the responsiveness of management have been consistently noted, with complaints about high rent increases, inadequate heat, and ongoing elevator problems. Management not what it used to be

Pros

Insane amenities; super friendly building staff; water-front views

Pros

The units are beautiful, the lobby is gorgeous, welcoming, and the staff are so wonderful. Great gym too.

Cons

The building controls when there is heat vs cooling, so if there's a heat wave before the building flips to cooling it can be rough. I was also facing the FDR and there are hospitals nearby so sometimes it could be noisy. I also left soon after management switched so I'm not too familiar with how management is now.
