You can honestly find great buildings uptown

Pros:
Building always felt secure and clean. Not much of a party building and noise was kept to a minimum. And idk bout you, but I love that I don't see my neighbors in the hallways often, don't anyone want to small talk as I'm getting home.
Cons:
The building runs on central air, so sometimes it wouldn't be ac or heat season even though you needed the ac or heat.
Advice to owner:
Keep the super. He's always attentive and responsive. Plus he just gives great vibes.

Great building, location becoming dodgy

Pros:
Alex, the super is very responsive. Neighbors are very nice. Apartment is large.
Cons:
Elevator is finicky. Small roaches from time to time, but they do their best to manage it. Location on this side of Broadway has definitely gotten sketchier in the last year.
