Pretty Good Spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a pretty reasonable spot to live in. Nothing was ever broken at my place and it wasn’t like ever super dirty in the common areas.
Cons:
The trash is in the back of the building in an enclosed area and that door locks if you shut it. One of my packages was taken but returned open and beat up after they realized I ordered nonesense no one else would want lol. The super will take your packages to his shed too but won’t tell you that you got a package, which is nice but also like would be good to know where the package is. Walk up building but you know what you’re getting into when you sign.
