beautiful building, below average maintenance

Pros

our super is amazing and does all she can, building is overall well maintained, rooms and living spaces are spacious and sunny

Cons

management very slow to move on issues like crack in the ceiling, unhelpful about old stained windows, previous tenant left pet pee stains and management had them literally glossed over instead of cleaned, stolen packages in the building, walls have primer on them not white paint

Advice to the owners

Professional floor cleanings before new tenants move in, actual paint rather than primer on the walls, send needed maintenance professionals as soon as tenants report a concerning issues within their unit
