Pros
Lived on 4th floor and there were no mice or roaches, in unit washer/dryer, super was somewhat respponsive
Cons
Lower floor units had mice and stairs to 4th floor are crooked

beautiful apartment, great super, poor management/service
Pros
Billy (the super) is amazingly responsive, kind, and helpful The apartments have high ceilings, updated appliances, and generous rooms
Cons
lounge in basement produces noise garbage area has rats occasionally there is no heat/hot water
