Solid place to live

Pros:
Very family-oriented building. Live-in super is helpful and pretty responsive
Cons:
The landlord isn't willing to invest in units as much. Some families have been there for decades and for long-term tenants, the landlord is not as invested in those units.

Pros:
Affordable rent Commute friendly Neighborhood is great
Cons:
Very dismissive/ rude landlord & super Constant leaks in the apartment Mailbox is not secure Minimal to no heating
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive to your tenants and building! Also treat people with respect especially when they bring up issue that need to be addressed within your property!! The same way you like rent promptly; you should address tenants issue promptly!
