Great building and landlord

Square footage is nice, nice light and amazing landlord
Cons:
Rent goes up 5% or so every year without any uogrades

Sexist no boundaries having landlord

On a quiet street has nice sized backyard 3 bed 3 bath.
Cons:
The landlord is extremely sexist towards women has absolutely no boundaries refuses to accept responsibility for his neglect on poor property management. Doesn’t respond for hoursssss or at all.. Basement room had flooded multiple times personal property was damaged black mold grew which affected my health and he still was threatening me if I didn’t pay full rent.. “you are such a young girl are you sure you want to do this with me”.. the apt has so much potential if he actually kept up with it. It’s a shame.
