A few bad neighbors ruin everything

Apartment size, location, closets (huge!), good space, Maintenance is amazing and fast
Cons
Management takes forever to let you know if there’s a problem and is very vague when they do. Often only tell my roommate, not me. No Utilities included Walls are thin as hell and there are a few neighbors who just don’t care that it’s midnight. Or 2 or 3 or 5am. They will be loud they will blast their music they will not respond when you try to knock on their door to talk but get rude when you try to talk to them.
Advice to the owners
Insulate the walls. Reply to texts and emails.
