Nice, cozy apartment

Pros

Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Spacious. The landlord is usually responsive. I had a great stay here!

Cons

The walls might be a bit too thin so you can sometimes hear the neighbors above or below you. It's advertised as a three bedroom but it's actually a 2,5 since one of them is small and without windows. In the unit I stayed at, one of the two bedrooms has AC and only one has a balcony.
