Overall great experience
Pros
The building is impeccably maintained, and the facilities and amenities are top-notch.  It's always clean and is a great place to come home to.
Cons
Some of the management rules are unnecessarily strict, and the management is generally pretty difficult to deal with. The doormen are amazing.
Advice to the owners
Great job with the cleanliness and upkeep of the building.  Please keep the amenity areas open a little longer, and please do not charge such exorbitant fees for the party rooms.
