Lovely upgrades
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the new upgrades, they were needed. The staff is very helpful and when they are aware of any issues they try 2 fix them immediately.
Cons:
Sometimes the notifications as to what work will be done on the property are wrong, too late or not posted at all, the heat is way too much and almost feels like your suffocating, when the elevators are down the tenants are the first to call when that should be the responsibility of the security team, ive heald a security job and your suppose to make note of everything and make the proper calls to have the elevators serviced.
Advice to owner:
Be more sympathy the tenants especially the eldery ones

Do Better CC Managers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some of the neighbors are hardworking and respectful people
Cons:
Management is non existent when it comes to the upkeep of the building. The building is never cleaned or serviced properly. Turnover is so often, you never know who to contact regarding service issues or general information. Lack of professionalism, work ethic and communication.
Advice to owner:
Get a management team who cares about the wellbeing of their tenants and the environment they reside in.
