Decent Building, Great community

Pros:
Great location as the only apartment building on the block-- quiet while still being close to amenities on Church Avenue. Nice sense of community among tenants
Cons:
Rear-facing apartments face the open-cut subway tracks, and it gets loud when trains pass by
