The lobby is nice, the neighbors are nice, and is on a quiet block.
The super doesn’t do his job. Garbage piles up constantly, and there is a rat outbreak currently.
Super clean parking, storage space, in unit laundry in building laundry
Its close to the Verrazano bridge so you can hear traffic but its very rare.
