Fine place to Live

Pros:
The location is amazing, super close to the R train. The apartments are fairly big.
Cons:
You can’t control the temperature pretty much at all, it is winter and my apartment is over 90 degrees at all times. The showers are also hard to control, frequently will jump from boiling hot to ice cold.
