Former tenant·3 months ago

Great building, but bad managed - wasted potential!!

Pros

Great building, very close to train station, spacious and clean. Rent stabilized.

Cons

Wasted space in the backyard - never end construction. Leaking issues inside the apartment for years and never fixed. The former neighbor also left the apartment because of the leaking. Changed management 3 times in 1 year. Not a fixed scheduled for exterminator.

Advice to the owners

Take the leaking complaints seriously and get a monthly exterminator. If you want to add value to the property, clean the yard.
