Absolutely no management

Decent space in apartment

Cons

No management. Garbage everywhere. Insanely loud Construction in 3 different apartments for almost a year now. Upstairs neighbors call the police when I watch a movie or have friends over, and leave notes constantly about my dog barking even though he doesn’t anymore.

Advice to the owners

Manage your building and renovate it. It’s dated and smelly. Take care of your tenants and your building. Be there for them when they need you.
