Scattered ugly truths

Pros:
There is always parking in the neighborhood. It’s safe due to security on the corner.
Cons:
Building is very old. A lot needs to be fixed and pest are an issue especially in the summer. Request get ignored for repairs. Water is very uncontrolled and hot water thens yellow when you let it run for 15 seconds.
Advice to owner:
Do a tenant survey, reply to repair request and try to create a community where everyone feels included
