Poor Building Management

Pros

Amazing space and location. Can't beat the private outdoor space we had and proximity to train stations and necessary stores.

Cons

We had a CRAZY neighbor upstairs - would play music all night (1am-4am) all week and when communicated to the landlord, they refused to do anything. Multiple 311 reports and nothing. The ambulance had to come one night and take away the neighbor (from possible overdose). Nothing was done until the CEILING collapsed on us.

Old building, annoying pest problem

Good central location Heating in winter was great

Cons

Had a huge mice problem, saw them at least once-twice a month and they would leave droppings in various places Package stealing neighbors
