i think the location is relatively nice, 3/4 rooms are decently sized, closets in each room is nice, kitchen + living areas spacious for 4 ppl
everything works / was fixed by first month of move in
Cons:
it was clear that no one other than the previous tenants had lived here for a very long time. dog fur, grease, dirt everywhere in space upon arrival - no cleaning prior. had to repaint all the walls myself - not easy. basement neighbors steal packages and will deny when you confront them, second floor neighbors are kind but have noisy children. outside sounds are honestly ridiculous - sometimes people blast music and throw raves until 8am. lots of damage to walls, floors, shower head upon move in. found a dead rat behind the stove but havent seen any since. landlord does not really answer messages but other than that hes pretty nice
Advice to owner:
maybe be a little bit more responsive and invest in making this place look/feel nicer and i think it could be worth more
