the worst landlord ever

Close to East End Ave. Wonderful staff!! Nice size patio. Quiet. Nice buildings to buy into.
Cons
Landlord!! Everything that could go wrong with this apt did. Landlord would not allow you to speak to the staff. Ignores your calls/emails and then threaten to evict if you reach out to anyone. Increased rent during covid! Mold in the bathroom. Patio flooded every time it rained.

Pros
The building staff is wonderful, very attentive and helpful. Apt has a very big outdoor space.
Cons
The unit owner is difficult to work with. She refuses to answer any emails so as not to have anything in writing and would only call me back. When I did have an issue with the apt she was slow to take action. It was not disclosed to me that the backyard would flood anytime it would rain there was only drain for the entire back of the building (for 3 units). Ankle high water would accumulate. The backyard was extremely buggy and had tons of mosquitos.
Advice to the owners
Fix the drainage.
