live in super who's responsive, has an elevator, in building laundry, regularly cleaned, great trash managment

water pressure could be improved, some dryers would break down from time to time

The super makes this building awesome. He and his team are always there to help and keep the common areas super clean

Overall management is a little slow, but nothing to bad to say about anything. Water takes a while to heat up.
