Prime location, horrible digs
Pros
- location
- building with few units
- laundry in basement
- live in super highly unresponsive, need to be on a harrassment/constant contact level to actually get issues looked at/repaired
Cons
- there is a backyard courtyard/garden (lovely) but has been essentially claimed as the super’s own, uncomfortable to go down there
- constantly broken, highly dangerous elevator—lawsuits have been filed against elevator company but elevator has not been replaced
- mice throughout building (word of mouth) but visible in basement. Super keeps back door open during reasonable temperatures for reasons unknown
- roaches in apartments, mainly due to issues not being fixed (ie broken sink pipes for 6+ months leaving standing water under sink fixture - breeding ground for them
- homeless congregate occasionally as there are stairs leading to basement
- no legitimate doorman system - anyone buzzes in and packages were often stolen
- heat in winter was so unbearable I left my window open most of the time

Absolutely intesponsivle greedy management and superintendent

Very convenient for transportation
Cons
Both management and Superintendent is slow to response. Superintendent (husband and wife) constantly lie and cover up their mistake to the management office when the tenant complains.
