Charming Apartment in a Lively Neighborhood
Pros
Amazing location. Everything you need is within a few blocks: great bars, grocery stores, a movie theater, a great selection of restaurants, plus a deli downstairs. The subway is just minutes away, and the building is easily the most picturesque on the block. I had nothing but positive experiences with the owner and maintenance. They were always quick to respond and very accommodating when I needed to extend my lease for an extra month. I got my full security deposit back without any issues.
Cons
There's a lot happening in the neighborhood which comes with noise. Traffic on Morgan Ave can be disruptive at times, and weekends can bring loud crowds. The front door is often covered in graffiti, and while it gets cleaned occasionally, it's usually tagged again within 24 hours. It’s just the nature of the neighborhood, but it's a shame given how beautiful the building is.
