OK place to live

Pros

The super is really helpful. The street is pretty quiet and the soundproofing of the unit is quite good. Laundry in the basement is convenient.

Cons

Had a lot of issues with roaches and pigeon droppings. The location is far away from transit. The building is old, especially the hallway could use some renovation.

Reasonably priced in a great neighborhood

Pros

The block is very quiet and mostly clean. Building Super is very nice and helpful. Apartment is in good condition.

Cons

Laundry room is shared by multiple buildings, so depending on the building you live in, you may have to walk over a couple buildings to access. 1 BR Apartments are very small, minimal closet/storage space.
