Convenient location not great management
Pros
Apartment renovations are nice, washer dryer in unit great. High ceilings. No rodent issues. Management is responsive enough.
Cons
Construction next door. Church across the street is very loud on Saturday nights w parties. Noisy street in general. No mice problems, but had ants and some pantry mites. Keypad is always falling off at the front door.
Advice to the owners
Be more clued into the building and maintain it without tenants having to reach out constantly
